Classic Racer magazine and Bikers’ Classics : a winning team

The English magazine Classic Racer is without any doubt the reference when it comes to classic racing history.

So it was only natural that they were interested in the Bikers’ Classics and even more so that a close collaboration between them and us has been set up.

The 2009 edition of the Bikers’ Classics will be promoted even more intensively than the previous years to the readers of Classic Racer. The March-April (on sale in February) edition will feature a competition, with the lucky winners being invited to the Belgian Ardennes in full VIP style. The package will include a ferry crossing from England, a stay at the five star Radisson Spa hotel, two VIP tickets to the Bikers’ Classics and a hospitality with some of the greatest champions in motorcycle history.

Our collaboration will also be on show on the 25th and 26th of April, at the International Classic MotorCycle Show at Stafford. This show is the largest classic motorcycle show in the world and 2009 is its 29th year. Each year the show welcomes a large number of enthusiasts from around the world (more than 30.000 visitors last year).

During this weekend the visitors not only can enjoy the exhibition of numerous fantastic classic race bikes, but they are also treated to a number of shows, highlighting the career of a great champion (this year it will be in honour of Carl Fogarty).
The Stafford show, which takes place in the centre of England, not far from Birmingham and Coventry, will be the ideal occasion for us to promote the Bikers’ Classics even more to the classic-loving British.

The 10th edition of the Bikers’Classics, that will take place on the 29th and 30th of June and on the 1st of July on the track of Spa-Francorchamps will become a major motorcycle festival for everyone. Jacques Cornu will return to Francorchamps at this year's Bikers' Classics which will be held from 29th June until 1st July. The Swiss rider is a double 24 Hours of Liège winner and also won the 250 race at the 1989 Belgian Grand Prix.
