The action “Chrono Fun” launched in 2010 was so successful that it was normal to prolong it. Thus, you will be able to profit from this time trial challenge during some of our Bikers' Days and your first appointment is on the circuit of Catalunya. We remind you that The “Chrono Fun” is completely optional and you are no obliged to participate.
It influences by no means over the track time. On the other hand you’ll certainly be happy to win once a prize, whether you are newcomer or racer.

Address : Total tank station Rue Saint-Donnat, 1 in 5640 METTET

Restaurant : Brasserie situated on the 2nd floor of tower.
- Opening : from 8.00 to 18.00 Hr.
- Type : dish of the day.
- Payment : cash.

Coffee : you’ll get a coffee at your arrival and also during the event.

Paddock access : The day before the event (from 8.00 pm), access possible to the paddock A (behind the old pit boxes). Showers and power available. You must leave the paddock on the last day at 7.00 pm at the latest.

On the premises: 8 € per wheel – 15 € per set - Assembly and balancing.
Pirelli tires for sale (also slicks & rain tires). Please contact us for any tires order so that we can bring the tires on the premises.

Restaurant: restaurant in the paddock. Pit Brasserie situated on the 2nd floor of the F1 building.
- Opening : from 7.30 to 19.00 Hr.
- Type : Lunch buffet for 15 €.
- Payment : cash or credit card.
Paddock access : during the event, you can reach the paddock
- by STER, through the tunnel under the track for vehicles lower than 2.20 m (Freeway E42, exit nr 10)
- by STAVELOT-BLANCHIMONT for the vehicles higher than 2.20 m (Freeway E42, exit nr 11).

TRANSPONDERS

Obligatory use of the transponder (included in the entry fees) in order to optimize the distribution of the groups/levels and thus your pleasure on the track. Results sheets available on the spot at 10 €.
Your best time will be shown at the welcome center.

PIT BOX

Possibility of hiring a pit box : 110 €/ day + 50 € as deposit for the key (to pay on the day).

Chrono Fun race: According to the qualified runs, 3 groups of 50 participants will be set up.
Start from the pit lane for a Chrono fun race of 10 laps.
Jerez: 6 sessions of 20’ per day
Chrono Fun race: According to the qualified runs, 4 groups of 35 participants will be set up.
Start from the pit lane for a Chrono fun race of 10 laps.

OPTION BIKE TRANSPORT

We propose the possibility to transport your bike for the price of 420 €.

Belgium, starts from : Theux, Buizingen-Halle, Habay-La-Neuve (province of Luxemburg)

Bike transport insurance included.
All bikes are covered during transport, loading and unloading according to the G13 standard.
The insured amount is 10000 € during transport. You can increase the cover by bracket of 2500 € for an amount of 16,75 €/bracket.
All the equipment must be put around your bike – Overload will attract extra cost.

Included: 1 metal trunk, 2 tires or 1 extra set of wheels, 1 empty jerry can (20 L max, rear/front bike stand).

ALL IN FOR PARTICIPANTS : 1445 € - compulsory payment by booking to be valid.

Jerez: 3 nights with breakfast a 4* hotel (La Cueva Hotel)- double/twin room (price per person for a room together with one of the other participants or with your companion).
Important: you must send us the name and first name of the participant or companion who will share your room.

4. TRANSFERS
Transfers airport-hotel-circuit by bus with the Bikers’ Days staff. Important: to benefit of the transfers, you must book the same flight as our staff.
Flight : 29/10 Ryanair FR 6312 Charleroi to Faro: departure 10h35 – arrival 12h25 (price on July 6 without luggage: 65 €)
Flight : 04/11 Ryanair FR 6445 Seville to Charleroi departure 20h05 – arrival 22h50 (price on July 6 without luggage: 115 €).
The booking of the flight is NOT included in the package « All-in ». You have to book your flight by yourself.

Restaurant: no restaurant in the paddock. There is a supermarket at 7 km (open from 10h to 22h).
Paddock access : Access possible the day before the event from 7.00 pm and during the night. If you arrive earlier, please wait in the car park situated next to the main entrance. You must leave the paddock on Friday at 7.00 pm at the latest.

TIRES SERVICE – MICHELIN RACING SERVICE

On the premises: 7,50 € per wheel – Assembly and balancing.
Michelin tires for sale (also slicks & rain tires). If you want to order tires, please inform us so that we can prepare our stock.

AGV RACING SERVICE

During the whole season, you’ll have the opportunity to test the new AGV range on circuits.
Each AGV helmet owner will get a free maintenance of his helmet by our technician.
